A traditional blonde taken to the beach with “end-lights”  –– painted ends that give a more bleachy, beachy look. The outgrowth is mellow because the contrast is focused on the ends. Works great for people who are naturally dark haired that want to be light.

Super bright neon pink is a definite head turner. Do it temporarily with a wig or extensions, or do it for real by pre-lightening to blonde, then toning with pink. The cut is a graphic, bold bob shape –– micro-crimped to create fuzzy texture that looks like static.

A dimensional medium brown with fine honey highlights offsets this short, round layer shape. The look is made modern and cool with a shadow (slightly deeper glaze) at the root of the highlights. “Root shadowing” makes the highlights more believable and the outgrowth less severe.
