After walking for Dolce & Gabbana, Jason Wu, and Oscar De la Renta during Fashion Week, Cara Delevinge became the most sought after model in the industry. Her cool, Brit girl style and full brows landed her campaigns with Blumarine, H&M, Zara, and British institution, Burberry. At 5’9” Delevinge is shorter than the average (leggy) model, but height is not an issue for trendsetters who are comparing her with exalted Brit-girl, Kate Moss. Despite a haute couture resume, Cara’s style is casual, relaxed. She is often seen in her signature outfit of skinny jeans, moto boots, and Burberry leather jacket. We love her because her style is an expression of her quirky personality. To get Cara Delevinge eclectic look, click style notes.

Last year the New York Times featured what they called the man bun. The article inspired others to muse about long hair for men; spawned a man bun tumblr; and how-to videos on youtube. Scott Schuman, of The Sartorialist, highlighted fashionable men wearing them at Pitti Uomo, a menswear trade show. Some critics hoped the trend would die, yet we continue to see strapping gentlemen striding the streets with long hair wrapped up. Dare your man do the same? A validating history lesson may be the way to make him bun. For some background, click style notes.
