We can always count on Lauren Conrad for feminine, trendy hairstyles, and this lovely braided headband is no exception. First of all, Lauren’s golden ombre locks are to die for, and this cute headband braid simply adds to the look. It’s simple enough that you can use it as an everyday style, but it looks incredibly chic and elegant. Lauren’s braid looks flawless, and we really hope this summer style will carry over into fall.

Ginnifer Goodwin is famed for her short, choppy, and oh-so-cute pixie cut. The hair has actually been undercut, which is a trend that came to prominence last summer, and still has legs because it’s a great way to create space and freedom for hair to move. The  short style brings out all the features in Ginnifer’s sweet, doll-like face, while broken up side bangs filter beautifully into eyes.

Raven haired and braided, Jennifer Lawrence came to fame as Katniss, The Hunger Games’ fierce street urchin. For the film, she needed an edgy look to go with her character and although cool and creative, the roughed up look hid some of her natural prettiness. Now we are seeing Jennifer in all her glory, and what a beauty! This archetypal blonde bombshell look is gorgeous and on-trend. A long layer cut styled with center-part and textural beach waves, we love seeing Jennifer looking this sultry and sassy.

When you think of an updo, you think about weddings, or other formal or stuffy occasions. Yet buns and ponytails can also be casual, and fashionable too. In this style,  Amanda Seyfried captures both of these elements. A twisted interpretation of a chignon, it doesn’t appear too formal or forced, and the contoured twine on top feels Eastern-inspired, which is right on trend for summer.
