one length

I am a huge fan of all one-length cuts. It’s the pure simplicity of the cut that makes it so great. This style allows your clothing and makeup to do all the talking. However, there is one problem that occurs with all one length hair and that is the heavy overall feeling of the look. The weight of the cut makes it difficult for hair to spring and move and flow. Click the notes for tips on how to get your one length cut to move. –– Kelly Rowe

goldenThere is only one time of the year that golden blonde strands work beautifully and that is Memorial Day weekend to the middle of August. Before then, you are using pastels and cooler tones and after that you are deepening and spicing up your locks for fall. Golden hair works well for most people around this time because everyone has a touch of tan, however, gold seems to be the most hated shade by most. The simple thought of a bit of “yellow” coming into hair can have blondes running for the purple shampoo. So how can you rock this? Click the notes. –– Kelly Rowe
