Trends have made summer the season of beachy hair. Fashion, however, is nothing if not fickle, and trendsetters seem to be over their latest summertime staple. Instead the ladies at the Dior Resort show showed off the new IT waves for the season –– light, undone, sophisticated. It’s more wash-and-wear than purposefully styled. Where I live in central Georgia it’s already hitting 90 most days, and it’s only going to get hotter. Braids are my go-to solution for looking put together in summer weather, and I’m always looking for new variations. Accenting twines with a bit of bling is a great way to take your braids to another level, and you don’t have to limit yourself to barrettes and bobby pins.
