bad hair habits

I should know better. I do know better. But, despite over fifteen years as a beauty industry insider, I still have some bad habits when it comes to taking care of my hair. I know all the stuff that you’re supposed to do, and I’m great about some of it, but other things are more of a struggle. I’m great about getting regular trims, but I never deep condition. I own at least five different intensive conditioning treatments, but I don’t use them. I dry my strands with a regular towel instead of a microfiber one. I use a hairdryer almost every day. I try to air dry, but if it’s looking unruly when the moisture is about 90% gone I have no qualms about grabbing a dryer and brush. What are your bad hair habits?
