As much as I’m into great hair, I’m also into great skin. Summer is an excellent time to enjoy being outside, but it’s also important to protect your hair and skin from UVA/UVB rays that can cause serious damage and even lead to cancer. Every morning I slather on sunscreen and throw on a topper to cover my head, no matter if I’m headed to the beach or to work. And even if you’re a faithful sunscreen devotee like me, you’re still probably missing parts on your body that you are popular areas for skin cancer. Scary, right? Unfortunately you can’t get rid of any sun damage you may have already, but you can reduce your risk against any future issues and still enjoy the summer.
