Go to a very skilled stylist.
This cut can easily look like a mistake or like a reverse mullet. The key to getting it looking fashion forward is that is super well-done haircut by someone who knows how to cut creatively and who knows their way around a bob like the back of their hand.
Know how long you want to keep the front.
If you don’t have an end point you are most likely going to end up with a cut that is less dramatic and not what you are looking for. Have a front length that you want and make it clear to your stylist you want it no shorter than that.
This is cut is versatile.
This cut will look great curled with a wand or blown out. Because it is a bit edgy and different, styling many different ways will show how much it can do. You can make it look sleek and chic or wild and party ready, just make sure you have a good arsenal of products.
Growing it out is fairly easy.
Believe it or not this is pretty easy to grow out. As the back begins to grow you can bring up the front. Before you know it they will be the same length.
