Bronde is trending for summer and with good reason; it’s like blonde but shinier, less damaging, and easier to wear. But if warm hues don’t flatter your skin you might be afraid to try this color. We most often see it in golden or honey variations, but bronde comes in cool hues too, like the smokey version pictured here. The trick is mixing ash with warmer hues to achieve a smokey caramel. Application: Section off a 3” wide band around the front hairline and straight down behind the ears, making a wide face frame. Clip all other hair away. Divide remaining hair into six sections. Apply formula 1 and 2 in foiled slices, Building a higher concentration as you move to ward the bottom of the section. Apply formula 3 to the roots of all remaining hair. Pull formula 4 through mid-lengths and ends.
