Be Kind To Your Scalp

Healthy hair starts at the scalp. Often people place their focus on the ends of their hair, but hair is healthiest at the top. To promote growth use gentle shampoo ( it’s sulfate and sodium-chloride free) and massage through your head, using the tips of your fingers. Gently massaging the scalp will boost blood flow and stimulate your follicles to produce hair.

Trim Regularly

No, regular trims won’t magically make your hair grow faster. But it will look more healthy, since your getting rid of damaged dry ends. Hair will have the appearance of being thicker and healthier. Regular trims will eliminate the need for major cuts as well.

Use SPF

UV rays ( you know the one your dermatologist keeps lecturing you about) are just as damming on your hair as your skin. If you’re going to be outside for a long period of time make sure to spray hair with protective thickening lotion and wrap it up under a scarf or hat.

Eat A Well Balance Meal

Just like your body, your hair will reflect on your nutritional intake. Make sure to get healthy meals consisting of protein, omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin B to help support your scalp and hair. Avocados, eggs, salmon, and leafy greens are are essential fabulous hair.
