Trying to squeeze a gym session in between work, drinks, errands and sleep? As a modern girl on-on-the-go I’m sure you are used to multitasking. Finding a spare moment to touch up your hair post gym can be challenging when you’re already sprinting to your next activity. Lucky for us modern ladies, there are hair solutions that are quick and easy to execute but provide max style impact. All you need is a comb and some bobby pins and you’ll be set to take on a power lunch right after power lifting. Click through to the notes to get the know-how.  –– Michelle Rotbart

Step One: Start with freshly washed hair and use a comb to gather hair into a low ponytail. Secure with an elastic band.

Step Two: Grab the length of your tail and twist. Then loop the twist around and create a knot. Don’t pull the ends through.

Step Three: Secure bun with pins and a quick spray of fierce firm hold hair spray. You’re good to go! Kick butt!
