Our favorite hairstyles are chic, unexpected and best yet if they’re super easy to master The looped buns tied with a blue strip of leather we saw at the Reed Krakoff spring show were definite contenders for our favorite looks for the season. We love them for their playful take on sophistication and wearability. We’re already running to the fabric store to stock up on leather strips in every color. Step One: Start with clean dry hair and gather hair at the nape of neck to form a ponytail. Use a clear elastic to secure the pony and make sure not to pull it all the way through on the last loop.
Step Two: Choice a long and thin leather strand of your liking and cut it to about 18 inches.
Step Three: Wrap the piece of leather around the ponytail, tying it in knots and leave the ends hanging out.
Step Four: Finish with sprays of primp.
