rose gold

Finding the perfect summer shade can be difficult because everything turns a bit brassy and everything fades. Whether it’s swimming in the ocean or pool, showering constantly because you are hot, or spending a lot of time out in the sun you can’t escape situations that blanch the beauty of a pretty hue. Finding a shade that looks great with your tan (or sunburn) is tricky too. Is there a perfect summer shade? YES! Click the notes for more. –– Kelly Rowe

Rose gold works with your natural sun kissed hair not against it. This is huge! People have trouble with their color in summer because they are fighting an uphill battle by using colors that, even in the winter, would need major upkeep.

Gold is the color everyone’s hair tends to go towards in the summer so go with it. Since your hair is trying to be gold, there is no point in trying to tone it away; use it to your advantage, embrace it.

Rose is an easy color to maintain at home so it will never truly fade away. Now that you have embraced your golden locks your need to do nothing more than add a bit of spice to it. Buy a semi-permanent (Manic Panic) red, mix two to three drops with your conditioner every time you condition your strands. It’s that easy! It’s just enough to make your hair get a rosy glow and it will be refreshed every time you wash your hair.

Rose gold makes everyone’s skin look better. It doesn’t matter what skin tone you have; if you have rosy hair your skin will look refreshed. The summer adds a touch of tan to your face and your rose hair will make you look like you got a facial.
