Wild texture, natural waves, and asymmetry are the hallmarks of this new styling trend. Volume, disheveled ends, and unusual shapes feel adventurous and innovative, giving spring looks a devil-may-care attitude. Wind blown wisps pair beautifully with natural makeup and muted colors. This texture trend will give your look an earthy, feminine twist. Click the style notes detailed instructions. –– Laura Martin

Step 1: Massage a handful of styling whip into damp roots and mist all over with protective thickening lotion. Dry with a diffuser, lifting at roots and shaking through with fingers to maximize texture.

Step 2: When all moisture is removed, add refinish dry shampoo, misting hair all over in short bursts.

Step 3: To enhance curls, scrunch in a light spray of healing oil, focusing on ends. Braid, pin, or tousle as desired. Finish completed look with primp.
