I love to use Sundays for hair masks. Hair masks are great but even better when you make them at home and have time to relax, making Sunday the perfect day for them. What you will need
1 Very ripe banana
Peppermint essential oil
1 Tablespoon Coconut milk
1 Tablespoon Coconut oil
Step: Mash the banana in a bowl, it doesn’t need to be 100% smooth.
Step: Mix in the rest of your ingredients. I suggest 10 drops of peppermint oil but add more or less depending on what you prefer.
Step: Apply the mix to your hair pre-shampoo. Wrap hair in saran wrap and allow to sit 30-45 minutes.
Step: When time is up rinse hair well and shampoo and condition hair with a gentle system.
