Backstage at the Diane Von Furstenberg spring runway show, Kendall Jenner and Karlie Kloss gave us the perfect modern way to wear a vintage side-parted, wavy-to-curly style. Giving the classic, asymmetrical, short to long face frame a pretty little update, the girls add floral (and functional) accessories to adorn the look. With the ornamental embellishment in hand, and a good hot tool, you can recreate this style in 20 minutes. Learn how in the notes, and leave your weekend brunch date drooling.

Step: Mist protective thickening lotion liberally into clean dry hair. Using a curling iron or wand, curl entire head. Use pin curl clips to pin in each curl; after all pins are in, mist hair with primp working spray. (The tighter you want your curls to be, the smaller and more tightly wound your pin curl set should be; generally, however, this look looks best when curls cascade is loose C-shapes, not tight S-shapes.)

Step: Allow hair to completely cool. (You can speed this up by using cold air and a diffuser on your dryer.) Gently brush out the set until happy with the shape and texture of your curls.

Step: Make a deep side part by using the outside arch of the eyebrow as a guide. Sweep the short side of the part back behind the ear and fix in place with your floral accessory. Allow the long side to tumble down the side for a perfect asymmetrical face-frame. Mist fierce firm hold hairspray over the finished style.
