It’s getting to be that time of the year— the time where you are itching to change up your look. The weather is changing, your memorial day vacation is right around the corner & you want a fresh & exciting new cut to perk up your morning routine. If you haven’t already noticed, the hair trends are getting shorter and shorter. Last year was dominated by the ever-trendy Lob and now we are seeing a spike in pixies, shags, and straight up buzz cuts.

Bangs are hot right now, but for many people they can also be intimidating. You may fear bangs because of the need for trims, or because you worry you won’t know how to style them, or because you’re not sure if a blunt fringe will flatter your features. We throw the word icon around rather loosely these days, draping it over those that takes are fancy. But there are few people who are actually synonymous with style, who epitomize the look of a specific era, and become essence of a particular movement. Bardot is one of the few. Her fashion sense has inspired decades of imitation and countless riffs and variations. This is true of her clothing, her makeup, and, most importantly, her hair.
