second day

Just because you partied a little too hard last night doesn’t meant your tendrils have to suffer from a hair hangover. Second day hair is the best. Your locks get a little more gritty, a bit more textured, and much more sexy. And while some fear oily hair, it can work to your advantage when preening –– your scalp, at least, will thank you for not over-cleansing. Easy Waves

Revitalize curls and waves by fingering through strands to unravel knots. Mist the roots with refinish dry shampoo and the ends with hydro mist if they’re dry. Scrunch and go. You can also use a curling wand for extra refinement around your crown.

Top Knot

Spritz in refinish dry shampoo and pull the lengths up into a high ponytail. Divide ponytail into two sections and braid. Wrap the braids around one another and secure with pins. Pull at the roots to give extra messy texture to this look.

Low Do

Finger comb hair back into a low ponytail. Scrunch and twist length into a low messy bun. Secure with pins and spray with primp. Make sure to leave out pieces near your temples for face framing and softness.

Woven Ponytail

Spray in refinish at the crown and tease for height. Start by pulling lengths from each side of the face to the back of the head, cross the one section over the other and pin in place. Continue until all of the hair is pulled back. Secure with elastic. Leave out and tendrils that may come loose.
