Beauty, much like fashion is an evolution of looks; each season a classic gets an update and then the followings season that update gets an update. So it makes sense that following the the bob, and then the lob a new variation has appeared––the wob (wavy bob). We’ve seen celebrities like Taylor Swift and Emma Stone wearing the look which means it will only get bigger and have quite the staying power. The wob, is a great look due to it’s clean yet low-maintenance style and looks both sophisticated and playful. And it’s a great short look without the full commitment. For Tousled Casual Waves
For you straight haired gals, spray in hydro mist and follow with protective thickening lotion. Next use a curling wand to create long and loose curls. When curling make sure to wind each section in opposite directions for more natural looking movement. Once complete gently tousle hair and finger in texture paste through the ends. Finish with a few pulses of dry shampoo.
Wavy or Curly Hair
For the wavy haired ladies, work in a mixture of styling whip and curl enhancer in to damp hair and scrunch in place with paper towels. Once hair is dry, touch it up with a curling wand. Gently shake curls and finish with some pulses of dry shampoo to give your look some more grit.
For a Polished Look
Start with a clean blowout and finish with primp to prevent any frizz or stray hairs. Afterwards, create loose curls with your wand and make sure to leave the ends undone so they are straight at the bottom. Finish with holding spray for additional hold and shine.
